Getting it mostly as rain here in Nova Scotia up the coast (at least along the coast of Nova Scotia...seems they are getting more as snow inland). The wind is nasty already though and the storm has barely gotten to us yet! :S

I feel like this is a ford truck problem. My friend has a ‘16 F150 with the standard halogens and they are terrible to see with, even with the high-beams. I was shocked that you could only get the nice led/projector ones on the King Ranch or higher even though his truck had a MSRP for $50K+. They are not even an option even though every other light, inside and out is LED.

My dad got upgraded aftermarket bulbs and that brought it from “leaving the brights on at night because other drivers wont notice” to merely “terrible”

Yeah we have a ‘15 f-150 with the LEDs and they are so bright, it looks like you’re blinding oncoming traffic

No one pointing out the fact his wipers are not on the windshield?

The headlights on the plow unit are because with the plow up, the headlights hit the back of the plow so the driver can’t see with them and oncoming traffic can’t see them coming at them.

Sidenote: I’ve wanted to try one of those split plows for awhile. I bet they are great.

Yeah, that might be a good idea. If there’s an application where those things are actually necessary and appropriate, this would be it, hahaha.

I have a 15 F150 with the led headlights. Work fairly well, they are part of the lariat 502a package also.
